BMW Maintenance Program* is one of the most comprehensive programs offering the longest coverage period. We cover all factory-recommended maintenance at no charge for four years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first, as well as items that need replacement due to regular wear and tear.
By offering such a comprehensive maintenance program with every new vehicle, we’re able to help you manage the cost of ownership and keep maintenance costs down.
And since all services are done at our authorized BMW center, by a BMW certified technician who has been specially trained by BMW, we can guarantee that only original BMW parts will be used. In other words, your BMW will be maintained by our standards, which are, admittedly, higher than most.
To receive these services at no cost, just schedule an appointment while your vehicle is covered by the program. Items replaced due to wear and tear must be worn down past factory-recommended standards.
OIL AND FILTER CHANGE Designed as an interim oil change: Service lights are not reset. Change Oil and Filter Check underhood fluid levels and anti-freeze protection level
DIAGNOSTIC INFORMATION SYSTEMS (DIS) TEST For all models: Using BMW's state-of- the-art diagnostic computer, check for electronics faults in engine management system.
ROTATE & WHEEL BALANCE For all models: Remove wheels, inspect brakes, tires and wheels. Computer balance four tires. Roadtest. On car balancing available at an additional charge.
FOUR WHEEL ALIGNMENT For all models: Inspect suspension, steering components and tires for wear and damage. Check and adjust toe, caster and camber as required on your model. Parts replacement might be required to correct out of specification readings at an additional charge.
COOLING SYSTEM SERVICE For all models: Check hoses and clamps. Check condition of radiator. Perform pressure test and check for leaks. Drain system and refill with genuine BMW anti-freeze.
BRAKE FLUID FLUSH For all models: Flush brake fluid system, fill with genuine BMW brake fluid, bleed system and inspect brake system.

INSPECTION I Only those operations which pertain to your particular model will be performed. • Change Oil and Filter • Check and Correct all fluid levels • Check exhaust system condition and mounting • Check Drive train and ancillary components • Perform Safety Check • Check steering linkage • Check suspension • Check Brakes & Belts & Adjust • Check Tire Pressure & Condition • Check Battery Electrolyte levels • Check climate control operation • Perform Battery load test • Check all lights • Check operation of all systems • Replace climate control microfilter • Lubricate all hinges • Adjust valves if required • Check cooling system for leaks • Check antifreeze protection level • Read out diagnostic system • Reset service indicator light. • Road test
INSPECTION II Includes all operations listed in Inspection I pertaining to your model plus the following: • Replace Spark Plugs • Replace Air Filter • Change Transmission Fluid as needed • Change Fuel Filter if Required • Change Differential Oil if required • Inspect Body for Rust • Check Half-Shafts for Leaks

* The BMW Maintenance Program covers all factory-recommended maintenance on all model year 2006 vehicles and newer vehicles, as determined by the Service Level Indicator, for four years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first. Exclusions from coverage: gasoline, gasoline additives, windshield washer additives, tires, wheels, wheel alignment, tire balancing and rotation.
