Looking for a CPO X1 or X3. Went to a few dealership, but glad I finished here. Starting with the salesperon Justin. Friendly, not pushy at all and I never felt rushed or pressured. Came to an agreement that I felt comfortable with. We purchased a pre~owned vehicle from BMW of Newport. (Grieco brothers) in December, 2025. Two months later we still do not have the title. We have called several times and have been given the run-around. The end result is that they sold us a car with a Lien on it and never informed us. This is illegal. Still not solved. We were given other excuses prior to finding out the truth.

I have been a loyal BMW customer for over 20 years and have purchased 11 BMW vehicles. This was my second purchase from BMW of Newport, RI despite living much closer to BMW of Shrewsbury, MA because I believed I could trust this dealership.

After many years of excellent service on my X5, these guys were my top pick for purchasing a new X5. And these guys did not disappoint. Amazing knowledge, professionalism, and experience. When I had an issue and my sales guy didn't happen to be in, the whole team jumped into action and took care of me. You can just tell when an organization is well managed and well run.
I brought my 2014 BMW in for service with 90,000 miles — well maintained, no major issues, and it’s always gotten me to work, home, and where I need to go. I’m not a heavy driver; the farthest I usually go is 20 minutes. But I drove my car almost an hour to this dealership because I wanted to have it looked over properly.
They kept it for three days, then charged me $309 just to diagnose it. When I came back to speak with Matt in service, I was told it would cost $13,500 to fix my car. Yes — thirteen thousand dollars.

Been working with for 15 years. The newer facility is nice and the people are very nice. It is a bmw dealership so eventually you will have expensive maintenance issues that will test your patience with the service dept.

They were efficient and the appointment didn’t take all day … everything was smooth and the work done was satisfactory. Staff was nice and they had good communication.
They are terrible! Refused to honor my BMW service contract. I have a 2024 BMW 430 COUPE and I had the oil changed at 5,000 miles at my own expense and they told me that they could not honor BMW's free oil change at 10,000 miles. Crazy! My contract calls for free oil changes at 10k, 20k and 30k miles.

The service department is ok, but they don’t always have a great attitude. There’s not usually a loaner car available, which causes an inconvenience. This past service, they left the broken pieces from a repair in my cupholder. I would expect superior customer service from BMW, but instead I feel like I get better service from the Toyota dealer when I get my other car serviced.
BMW of Newport's sales and service is always great. I visited for my vehicle's first service interval. An appointment was set with Robert for Friday morning to meet with Michael. I did notice after arriving home that the lower driver's door panel was scuffed.
I recently had an excellent experience at the BMW Newport dealership in Middletown, RI, and I want to highlight the professionalism and expertise of their team. While my car was in for service, it took longer than anticipated, but they were incredibly accommodating throughout the process. They provided a loaner vehicle, which was a huge relief and made my life so much easier during the wait.

I called to give a deposit on a car that I found on cargurus, that salesperson never called me back. I called agin and spoke with Brendan and he quickly took my deposit and said the car had a recall, I wasn't in any rush so waiting was fine with me. 3 weeks went by then the car was fixed and released by BMW for sale.
It took the dealer 2 weeks to get my car registered and when they finally did get it right I was away on vacation.

Greico BMW BMW of Newport sold us a “certified” BMW X-3 they did not own. We paid them in full and, after a full week of demanding our registration paperwork, they admitted they didn’t have title to the car. They couldn’t get the title from the previous owner. It is illegal for a dealer to sell a car they don’t own in the commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Could not fix the problem with my undrivable car, kept having me pay money in service for different things that were supposed to be related to the problem but same issue every time I went to pick it up. In the end told me the vehicle was all set, I brought it somewhere else and was fixed no problem. I lost over $5K in there service department they did not offer me any kind of refund. This place will steal and mislead you, do not buy or recommend service or sales to anyone.

I am dissatisfaction with the treatment I received during my recent visit to your dealership. almost two hours before I could proceed to finance. The salesperson never returns my calls for missing items, and the code for electrify America, I learned that I have been overcharged for my lease almost $35. extra a month. Only good thing was dealing with finance was smooth.
